CP Football family tackling the virus togetherNews
IFCPF aims to bring together the CP Football family to help everyone win this important match against the virus with 7 key tactics.
Pull on your football shirt and share a photo or video of what you’re doing to tackle the virus. Tag @ifcpf
Just like in a match, we need to create space from other players and maintain distances of at least 1 metre to protect everyone.
Goalkeepers rely on safe hands to protect their goal. Maintain clean hands with regular and thorough hand washing with soap or using an alcohol-based solution.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, mouth and face to protect your own body.
Cover your mouth and nose if you cough or sneeze with a clean tissue and then dispose. If you don’t have a tissue to hand then use your bent elbow.
If you display any symptoms or are able todo so, then take a break and stay at home. Seek medical advice if you feel unwell.
Although football is taking a break, we need to keep active. Practice your individual skills and exercise.
It’s important to talk, stay connected to your friends and family, and take care of your mental health. In tough times, team-mates are always on our side.
