Updates to Ranking Points Procedure

We share with you the recently updated IFCPF Ranking Points Procedure, with a minor update to include the procedure for 'Combined Events'. Where we have two tournaments that together form a World Level or Regional Level event, the additions to the procedure clarify how Ranking Points will be attributed.
