Argentina Torneo Nacional - San Luis 2016

On Friday 2nd December, the San Luis 2016 National Football Championship, 5-a-side and 7-a-side for people with cerebral palsy, came to an end. All were left with a huge joy to be able to share these days with so many people, with many new teams and very good relationships among all.

The contest took place at the Provincial Stadium "Juan Gilberto Funes" of La Punta.

Ahead of the 2017 IFCPF CP Football World Championships which take places in September next year. this event brough together 14 teams from across Argentina, with a total of 188 people participating.

Beginning on Tuesday with the classification of athletes, the competition began on Wednesday morning and ended on Friday 2nd December with the final and the subsequent awards ceremony.

Football 5-a-side teams are those currently in development, working towards the 7-a-side game. The Football 7-a-side teams is the next level of competiton for more advanced players.

Finally, to say that the most wonderful thing in the world is not so much the place that we have reached, but the direction in which we are moving.
