CP Football’s application for the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games Sport Programme

In recognition of CP Football’s contribution to the Paralympic Movement, IFCPF are now working through the process for inclusion on the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games Sport Programme.

Timeline for determination of the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games Sport Programme:

Requirements of International Federations (IF):

The International Paralympic Committee have outlined the following requirements each IF will have to meet as part of the application process. These requirements are the same for new sports and disciplines as well as for those already established on the 2020 Paralympic Games Sport Programme.

Below is an overview of these conditions and the documentation that will be requested during Phase 2 in order for your sport to be considered:

IFCPF’s Phase 1 Submission:

The five guiding principles of the Paralympic Games and its sport programme, formed the basis of IFCPF’s Declaration of Intent and Supporting letter, with detailed information under the themes of; Excellence, Integrity, Diversity, Universality and Sustainability.

IFCPF Phase 2 Timeline:

The IFCPF Board have devised the following timeline of activity which will be used to produce the CP Football ‘Paris 2024 Paralympic Games Sport Programme Application’, providing opportunity for our membership to be fully engaged in the process.
