Spain - Northern Ireland

Both teams entered the pitch to get the third place in pool D. The home team had the control of the match since the beginning, and got to score its first goal in the 21st minute.

In the second half Northern Ireland tried to get the tie, but the Spanish scored first, on the 34th minute. The first goal from the Northern Irish team was not enough for them to try to get the tie. Spain scored two more goals and finished 3rd in group and being able to fight for 9th to 12th places in the competition.
