News๐ DAY 2 โ Argentina and Brazil show their strength in high-scoring matches
Day 2 featured energy, goals, and world-class performances. In the first match, Argentina defeated Chile 5–3 in a passionate, fast-paced clash. The Albiceleste side set the tempo early — Bautista Suárez (#10) scored within the opening two minutes, and Argentina closed the first half with a comfortable three-goal lead.
Chile, however, refused to give up and responded with determination. Thomás Valenzuela (#10) once again stood out, keeping his team in contention, but late goals from Claudio Romero (#7) and Augusto Larrondo (#9) secured Argentina’s second win of the tournament.
Later that day, Brazil made a stunning debut, crushing Mexico 12–1 in an offensive masterclass. From the opening whistle, Brazil dominated the game with quick passes, coordination, and speed.
Gabriel Angelo Araujo (#11) was unstoppable, scoring six goals and leading his team to a confident victory. Mexico, though outmatched, showed persistence and heart, scoring their goal in the final minute — a testament to their resilience and fighting spirit.
