Chile opens the tournament with a dominant victory over Mexico

Chile’s CP Football team delivered a flawless performance in their first match of the day, defeating Mexico with an emphatic 15–0 scoreline at the 2025 Youth Parapan American Games.

From the opening minutes, the Chilean side demonstrated superior technique and strong team coordination. By halftime, Chile had already scored five goals, setting the tone for the rest of the match. Thomás Valenzuela (#10) emerged as the standout player, netting five goals in this impressive debut.

Despite the scoreline, Team Mexico displayed determination and perseverance until the final whistle, with their coaching staff continuously motivating the players. Nonetheless, Chile’s dominance was evident early on — by the 8th minute, the momentum was theirs, and nothing could stop their path to victory.
