The Irish goalkeeper made some good saves while Ireland saw their opportunities stranded in a forest of legs. Half time score 0 โ 1.
In the second half, Spain decided the game within 10 minutes with goals from Hector Martin de Miguel who hit the net twice and Victor Varea Lerena. Ireland produced a shot against the post but they didn't get any further chances to score. Spain earned the victory and wins the bronze medal at the 2023 IFCPF European Championship.
