The Netherlands - Germany

In an attractive first half, both teams kept each other in balance. The Netherlands started the game strongly and got a huge chance by Malik de la Cruz to open the scoring. However, it was the Germans who took the lead with two great goals. Both Robin Meyer and Christian Eidenreich managed to pass the Dutch goalkeeper with hard shots in the far corner. However, the Netherlands managed to equalize before half time through goals from number 10, Bruno Hoek. In the second half, Germany could no longer keep up with the pace of the Netherlands. Brilliant Bruno Hoek set Jeroen Saedt up for the goal and moments later Malik de la Cruz put the ball down for the same Saedt who was able to tap it in calmly. Then it became 6 โ€“ 2 thanks to goals from Jochem Kintz and Sem van Helden.
