Amazing Match

It was probably one of the best matches we have ever seen in CP football history. Both teams played an extraordinary match but the final victory was for the English team.

England started attacking and controlling the ball having the best goal opportunities but Sean Byle's performance saved the USA. However, USA counter-attacks were a danger to the English team throughout the match. Fruit of one of these attacks were the Americans scoring first in the 24th minute.

During the second half England recovered their calm and kept on pushing, getting the tie in 36th. Jack Rutter scored the second goal in the 45th minute to give the advantage to the Reds today playing in navy blue. Unlucky for the USA, an opportunity to level the score during the final minutes was not successfull.
