Argentina - Venezuela

Argentina, under the leadership of head coach Guillermo Sánchez, were impressive in attack throughout the match, pressing their opponents high up the pitch, while the Venezuelans focused mainly on individual play. In the second half, with the score at 3-1, both coaches made substitutions which altered the flow of the match. Argentina found it harder to break down their opponents but still managed to score two more goals. The atmosphere in the Brazilian Paralympic Centre was electric, with the Argentinian and Venezuelan delegations cheering on their teams.
