Great Britain - Brazil

The second game of the day saw Brazil take on Great Britain in a hard fought match. Brazilโ€™s Josรฉ Carlos Monteiro Guimaraes scored first, and then scored a few minutes later. His second goal cost him, as he required treatment on the field, had to leave and then re-entered the game soon after. Despite Great Britain being down, they continued to fight back with captain Matt Crossen getting a yellow card before the first half finished at 0-2.

The second half was another hard fought battle with a number of fouls, and Great Britainโ€™s Michael Barker earning himself a yellow. Brazil managed to keep the upper hand, and Leandro Gonรงalves do Amaral scoring for Brazil. Wanderson Silva de Olivera scored one more for the Brazilians to seal the Britainโ€™s fate, with the game finishing 0-4. The result means Brazil finished at the top of their group, while Great Britain finished second.
